This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your freeze-slushi orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates and not guarantees; delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within a few days of your confirmation, contact us at contact@freeze-slushi.shop.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For consumers in the European Union, VAT is collected at checkout where we are required to do so. Depending on your country and the value of your order, additional import duties or taxes may apply and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

6. Risk of Loss and Damage in Transit

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If your order is lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit before it reaches you, we will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you. 7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to help resolve any issue.
