  • Dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can access alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies listed at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
